The Memorandum was signed by Cambodian Information Minister H.E. Khieu Kanharith and Australian Ambassador to Cambodia H.E. Magaret Adamson, and bet






The signing ceremonies for Memorandum for the Demand for Good Governance Project between Royal Government of Cambodia and Government of Australia, and between Radio National of Kampuchea and Australian Broadcasting Corporation were inked here this afternoon.


Under the Memorandum, the Australian Government will provide another three million Australian dollars to support the World Bank’s Demand for Good Governance Project, totaling over 6 million US dollars for RNK.

Speaking on the occasion, Cambodian minister expressed his strongly hope that the Memorandum will help pave the way for RNK to develop its capacity editorially and technically, so as to become a leading broadcasting institution in the country delivering quality, up-to-date, diverse, accurate and balanced informative programs to the general public
