Minister of Religion and Cults H.E Min Khin said freedom of religious beliefs is guaranteed by the state, but does not affect other religions, while presiding over a ceremony held at Chak Tomuk Conference Hall in Phnom Penh on July 1 to celebrate the National Pray Day and the Cambodia Christian Unity.
