Information Minister H.E. Khieu Kanarith addresses the closing of professional photo journalistic training course at the ministry of Information on August 28, reminding the photographic trainees of a phase saying that “One picture means a thousand words”.
To allow a photo to be attracted, a photographer should take photo by focusing a specific point, the minister said in the ceremony. He also gave some recommendations, saying that a journalistic photo could not be corrected in its initial form, but an artistic photo could be designed by computers.
In the meantime, the minister gave a confiscate to a trainee at the end of the five-day training course, in which there were 48 trainees from provinces and cities participating.
