Cambodia Information Minister H.E. Khieu Kanharith meets here on Oct. 15 with Mr. Patrice Burel, director of Asia-Pacific Regional Bureau for Francophone International Organization.
During the meeting, Cambodian minister told his guest that based on the government principle, the ministry can not provide budget to any media organization so as to maintain its independence and the profession as well. But the ministry can provide advisory service and coordination to reporters or media entities for their smooth running.
