Royal Academy’s E-Library Inaugurated

Cambodia’s first E-library which funded by Chinese government was officially put into uses here yesterday during the inauguration ceremony and was presided over by Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister H.E Sok An, Minister in Charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers and China’s Ambassador to Cambodia Mrs. Zhang Jin Feng
