Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Sok An, minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers together with H.E. Jimmy Cater, former US President and his wife and US Ambassador to Cambodia Carol A. Rodley cut red ribbon inaugurating “New Life Community” at Odong district, Kompong Speu province on November 21. H.E. Jimmy Cater has funded to build 21 houses for Cambodian people in the said community.
