Cambodian Premier Urges for Promoting the Capacity of RCAF’s Human Resources




Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen presides over here yesterday the closing ceremony of the stocktaking workshop on the Five-Year RCAF Reform (2005-2009) and Five-Year Direction Setting (2010-2014).

In his keynote remarks, Prime Minister Techo Hun Sen highly appreciated the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces for their heroic and disciplinary performances together with their sacrifices for the sake of defending the national territorial integrity and sovereignty.

The premier also urged military men at all levels, especially the commanders of the army, to focus on further strengthening on real human resource development.

He also called on for research studies to enhance the defense knowledge and other skills such as information technology as well as strengthening the international cooperation on military sector in both regional and global framework, aiming to develop and modernize the defense sector of Cambodia to be more competent and consistent with evolving situation and development of the nation and the world as a whole.
