Cambodian National Assembly President Samdech Akka Moha Ponhear Chakrei Heng Samrin warmly receive a visiting H.E Tran Duc Luong, Ex-Head of State of the Socialism Republic of Vietnam yesterday in Phnom Penh where the talks were focused on the strengthening of friendship, relationship and cooperation between the two nations.
