Cambodian Premier Presides Over a Graduation Ceremony




Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen hands over a certificate to a graduated student in Phnom Penh on Wednesday as a symbol while he was presiding over a university graduation ceremony of 4,097 students.

Addressing the ceremony, Premier Techo Hun Sen encouraged all human resource educational institutes to further provide the theory, practice and refresher courses to the students as well as respect the law, morality, discipline, public order and a code of ethics.

Regarding the verdict of the former Khmer Rouge Chief of S-21 Kaing Guek Eav, alias Duch, Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen stated in short that he respects the verdict of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) because the Royal Government doesn’t has the rights to interfere or put any pressure on the court since the court is independent.
