Vietnamese Deputy Minister of National Defense Major Gen. Nguyen Chi Vinh, pays a courtesy visit to Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen in Phnom Penh on Monday.
On the occasion, the general told Cambodian premier of the outcome of his talks with Cambodia’s Defense Minister H.E. Tea Banh on the military field’s cooperation between the two countries.
In reply, Samdech Techo Hun Sen welcomed the result and asked Vietnamese side to continue to help train on Cambodian human resource.
